Feast your eyes...

It's day one on my new diet (i know, i know, diets don't work, bla, bla, bla!) and I am, to be honest, starving!
I started on Tesco diets on the 'light choices' plan, in hope that one day I will be able to get on a Thanet Loop bus without getting looks of fear from passengers with that one, harrowing thought; please, oh god, don't sit next to me!
So far, I'm loving the flexibility and shopping list features, as being a student with little food-spiration, I struggle choosing what I'll buy, and end up wasting money on things I don't want or need. It's not so much what I eat, it's eating regularly and in moderation. Obviously I could use going to the gym, but that's an entirely different essay I could write!
So breakfast today, scrambled egg on toast with an apple - too easy! I have that most mornings when I'm at home, except I had no bread, so my recommended afternoon snack kind of hitched a ride on a time machine and became my morning snack... I don't even eat much before lunch usually! So as the slice of bread with peanut butter and a banana sneaked in early, I didn't have lunch til later...
Lunch was... interesting (and late)! Being the idiot I am, I forgot to order cheese, so had crispbreads with ham and chutney with an apple (nomgasm but I've had no calcium today and feel a bit weak now)
Dinner was absolutely divine! I got to munch through a massive plate of lettuce, cucumber, olives and apple, drizzled in light balsamic dressing and topped with some lean pork steak chunks.
But why am I so hungry still? I didn't buy any snacky things and already ate my grape and apple snack bag yesterday night!
Looking forward to tomorrow morning though - banana on toast with cinnamon <3
